The frame on which the fiber is wound has a brake and a loop that makes guiding the fiber easier. The design of the frame facilitates the transport and use of the fiber. At the end of the fiber, there is a guiding head.

The puller is used in various tasks, such as pulling wires between telecommunication manholes, pushing cables under roads, installations in suspended ceilings, as well as cleaning and unclogging pipes, conduits, and sewage systems. Additionally, it is used for introducing cables into protective tubes.
