The LMP USB-C Compact Dock 2 is designed for the new generation Apple MacBook Air and Pro with M1/M2 chip. The dock connects to the left side of the notebook and occupies two Thunderbolt 4 ports. Thanks to the ingenious design and a cutout on the bottom of the dock, the MagSafe port and 3.5mm jack remain easily accessible even with the Compact Dock 2 connected.

The Compact Dock 2's 6 high-performance ports complement the limited connectivity options of Apple's new notebooks by providing universal compatibility. For connecting additional monitors, both a Thunderbolt 4 port with up to 8K@30 Hz and an HDMI 2.0 port with up to 4K@60 Hz are available. The Thunderbolt 4 port with up to 40 Gbit/s can be used for ultra-fast data transfer, and the dock also features a USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 and two USB 3.0 ports with 5 Gbit/s each. Furthermore, the Thunderbolt 4 and USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 ports deliver up to 100 W to the host or connected peripherals according to the Power Delivery 3.0 standard. Last but not least, the Gigabit Ethernet port enables fast network access.

The elegant aluminum housing of the Compact Dock 2 dissipates heat well and perfectly matches the new MacBook Air and Pro models thanks to the two color options, Space Gray and Silver. The included rubber feet in different sizes guarantee exact fit on all MacBook Air and Pro with M1/M2 chip and reduce the load on the Thunderbolt 4 ports of the notebook enormously.
