The economical set of SFP+ 10G WDM 1270/1330nm SM 2 km modules consists of two single-mode SFP transceivers that operate bidirectionally on a single fiber at wavelengths of 1270/1330 nm, over a distance of up to 2 km. The electrical interface of the 10G fiber optic SFP module complies with SFI electrical specifications. The receiver processes serial optical data at a speed of 10 Gbit/s into serial electrical data PECL/CML.
The single-mode SFP transceiver is equipped with a two-wire I2C serial interface for serial identification, digital diagnostics, and module control. The enhanced digital diagnostic monitoring interface allows real-time access to the SFP optical module, enabling monitoring of received optical power, laser bias current, and laser output power.
Single-mode SFP+ modules are dedicated to working with 10 Gbps Ethernet, SONET/SDH routers and switches, as well as with 10G/8.5G/4.25G/2.125G/1.0625G fiber channels and other optical links at 10 Gbps.
