Use before, during or after exercise (for enhanced performance or recovery) the percussion action of the massage head against the skin stimulates blood and lymphatic circulation, warms up muscle and improves tissue elasticity.
When used after exercising, the massaging actions helps to bring oxygen and nutrients into the muscles, whilst flushing lactic acid to reduce muscle fatigue, soreness and cramps.
