Variable hood height to suit your needs
The hood height is usually given in minimum and maximum values. There are two chimneys in the package that fit together, so you can adjust the height to suit your exact needs.
Energy-saving LED lighting
There are 2 LEDs at the bottom of the cooker hood to give you perfect illumination on the hob. The LED lighting is very economical and long-lasting.
Not suitable for a cooker hood with extraction? Use the recirculation
If you don't have the option of venting the steam out of your kitchen, simply use the recirculation function. In this case, you need to add a carbon filter behind the grease filter to absorb odours. The air is purified and blown back into the room. The carbon filter must be changed regularly, depending on how often the extractor is used.
Easy cleaning of the grease filter
The grease filter is used to trap greasy dust and to keep it serving you well, it needs regular inspection and maintenance. Simply remove it from the hood body, place it in the dishwasher and run a lower temperature programme (avoid using aggressive detergents). If you do not have access to a dishwasher, soak the filters in warm spring water and then clean them with a brush.
How to choose a cooker hood?
The capacity of the cooker hood should be 7 to 10 times the volume of the room from which it is to extract the fumes. If you have a kitchen connected to the living area, you need to include both rooms. Equally important is the positioning of the hood above the cooking surface, with a minimum distance of 650 mm above the electric and gas hob.
