The PT-C-HDADE is an HDMI2.0a audio extractor with a variety of audio extraction ports supporting the full HDMI bandwidth making it ideally suited for home cinema and high end professional installations. 18Gbps video is passed through and audio is extracted from the stream in both digital and analogue formats. The device has the ability to mask the display EDID so that if for instance, the TV does not support Dolby Digital audio, DTS can still be extracted and passed directly to an AVR. This intelligent feature ensures compatibility with any 4K TV or monitor.
